Friday 22nd July - HW Bembridge 1411 (3.4m)
For visiting boats at The Duver pontoon from 1900 onwards:
A Pimms & a Pint Pop up Bar will be on site serving Pimms, locally brewed beers & ales, ciders, wines, spirits and soft drinks from a vintage Rice horse trailer.
Musical entertainment in the form of blues, ballads and folk will be provided by a reknowned Island duo ...
Saturday 23rd July - HW Bembridge 11451 (3.4m)
Ralvins' Street Food Truck will be serving up Bacon and Egg Breakfast Rolls, coffees & teas. Light lunches and delicious Cuban sandwiches will be on offer from 1200.
Hoopfinity at the Duver - a Hola Hoop Demonstration followed by a Workshop for all (no experience needed!) - hoops for children and adults to give hooping a twirl - great fun, great exercise, a geat way to start the morning - don't miss it!
Free Lifejacket check - RNLI Coastal Safety Officer Alan Doe will be at the Duver pontoon offering free checks on lifejackets & buoyancy aids, & advising on all aspects of safety at sea.
Shoreside activities at Bembridge Point Beach (near to Tollgate Café on Embankment Road)
Family Beach Games - running, egg & spoon, sack races & more … with prizes to be won!!
Sandcastle Building & Sand Sculpture Competition - the tide will be on its way in so build at the top of the beach! Judging will be from about 1330
Eve Watson Scow Parade - a fleet of brightly decorated Scows and crews will set sail from Brading Haven Yacht Club at 1245 & will be judged on the water, the winner being awarded the Eve Watson Memorial Trophy.
Ryde Inshore Rescue Open Day - RIR will be bringing Ryde Rescue 1 into the Harbour and will be based at the Duver pontoon (subject to operational requirements). Crew members will be on hand to tell you all about the work they do.
1430 first start
Bembridge Village Regatta - racing outside the Harbour entrance for keelboats & dinghies, run by Bembridge Sailing Club and Brading Haven Yacht Club (starting line in the area between Bembridge Groyne & St Helens Fort)
Watery activities at The Duver, St Helens with Tackt-Isle Adventures (next to Harbour Office) - by Water Taxi from Bembridge Beach or Brading Haven Yacht Club, by car via Duver Road - & across National Trust land. Boards, boats & buoyancy aids provided (wetsuits also available). Huge thanks to Tackt-Isle for providing all the kit, safety boat cover & instruction!!
Paddleboard & Kayak taster "Splash" sessions - no previous experience required. Minimum age for paddleboarding is 12 & for kayaking 9 unless accompanied by an adult. The Waterslide will be out, or if you don't want to get your feet wet why not have a go on a Segway. Optional racing on paddleboards/kayaks will be available from 1430.
Judging of the Best Dressed Overall & Best Decorated boats by the Commodores of Bembridge Sailing Club and Brading Haven Yacht Club who will be afloat on the Harbour launch - Helena

Sunday 24th July - HW Bembridge 1533 (3.4m)
Crabbing Competition - register at the Berthing Office - rules will be outlined at 0925, then see how many crabs you can catch - your haul can be counted officially by a member of staff at anytime up to 1030 then (carefully) put back into the Harbour. Prizes will be awarded as soon as we've finished counting and judging!
There's a separate class for any adults who want to join in - but children are not allowed to help the grown ups!! Hookless crabbing lines, buckets, nets & bait available from the Berthing Office if you don’t have your own (no nets allowed in the competition)
Great Bembridge Paper Boat Race hosted and run by Brading Haven Yacht Club - open to all budding boat builders. Separate classes for children & adults. Children's Prizes kindly donated by The Sports Shop and Toymaster in Ryde.
