An event for Gigs, Galleys and all types of traditional fixed seat rowing boats - organised by Bembridge Harbour Authority and Yarmouth Gig Rowing Club.   On the water support kindly provided by Brading Haven Yacht Club. 

Informal racing takes the form of 2km straight line sprints on Saturday, and head-style timed racing round St Helens Fort on Sunday for Mixed, Ladies and Open classes. 

There's a social gathering on Saturday evening at the Duver Marina with a prizegiving for the day's races.  The Duver Cafe will be cooking up a feast, Steve's Bar quenching thirsts, and there'll be live music from fabulous Island band The Lazerhearts.    More information here
